What is Mail Pickup?
Mail Pickup is a service for businesses that want their mail collected every day of the week. We collect your mail Monday to Friday at the specified address between 13:00 and 18:00. If you'd like us to pick up your shipments at a specific time, you can combine this with our additional service Scheduled Time, where we will come at the same time every weekday.
Mail Pickup is a subscription service billed in advance at the end of each month, and the same applies to the additional services.
To order Mail Pickup, you need to become a service agreement customer.
Temporary Pickup
If you need to have your mail collected on one or a few occasions, you can order mail pickup via PEX Bud. They will collect your mail on the weekday(s) you specify. To book a temporary pickup, call PEX Bud at 020–96 96 96.
How do I order?
Order via PostNord Business Portal
Mail Pickup can be ordered through PostNord Portal Business, which you will gain access to after becoming a service agreement customer with us. Here, you can order and manage your other Mail Services, as well as modify or cancel your subscriptions.
Additional Services
Scheduled Time
We collect your outgoing mail shipments at the agreed address at the same time every weekday (+/- 15 minutes) between 13:00 and 18:00.
Registered Mail Pickup
We collect your outgoing Registered Mail, Express Letters, Value Mail, EMS, and Tracked Letters. The shipments are placed in a sealed bag, which you will receive from us after placing your order.
Mail Delivery during Pickup
When collecting your mail, we also deliver shipments that have arrived at your Post Office Box.
